Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and another when it ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days from the date your order is processed, depending on your location.

Delayed Shipments

While we work to meet the estimated windows above, delays can occasionally happen. If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days from order confirmation, we'll proactively notify you. You can then choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, in line with Saudi consumer protection regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Notice an error? Contact us within [a few hours] of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These aren't included in your order total.
