Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@navaclo.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm your eligibility and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method — we can't issue a refund for items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge within [12–24 hours] of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it — but it's still covered by the return policy above once it arrives.

Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window in our Shipping Policy, contact us. In line with Saudi consumer protection regulations, if delivery is delayed beyond 15 business days from order confirmation with no prior agreement, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return using the process above and place a new order for the item you'd like — this is the fastest way to get the replacement moving.
